Premier Transportation Services, Inc. is located at the south end of downtown Memphis. Premier is a relatively new company, with a lineage that stretches back almost a century and a half. Patterson Transfer & Storage began business in 1854, shuttling passengers and their baggage between the main train stations in Memphis. Out of this company grew Yellow Cab Company of Memphis. In 1989, we formed a separate corporation, Checker Cab Company of Memphis. These two firms provide taxi services throughout the Memphis metropolitan area.
