More Details
Tunica County is now the
nation’s third largest destination for gaming. What started as
a market
that depended on the Memphis area has evolved into one that
attracts people from all over the region and the nation. As
Tunica’s amenities have grown more diverse and sophisticated,
the area’s casinos have become a magnet for tourists and tour
groups.
Clearly the county’s
transportation options needed to expand to accommodate this
growth. The Tunica County Casino Shuttle is the answer. The
shuttle is sponsored by all the Tunica County casinos, and the
Tunica Convention and Visitors Bureau has purchased the
advertising on the outside of each bus. Premier Transportation
Services has been fortunate enough to be selected as the
operator responsible for the service. Premier owns the
vehicles and employs and schedules the drivers.
This brochure includes the complete schedule of the Casino
Shuttle.
There are three routes:
The Blue Line begins at Hollywood, stops at the other Casino
Strip properties (Harrah’s and Sam’s Town), continues on to
Fitzgerald’s, then RiverPark, then Bally’s, then Casino Center
(Sheraton, Horseshoe, Gold Strike), and ends at the Grand. The
bus then provides express service back to Hollywood.
There are two Green Lines. The
Green Line/Grand begins at the Grand Casino and then stops at
Sheraton, Horseshoe, Gold Strike, Bally’s, Fitzgerald’s,
RiverPark, Sam’s Town, Harrah’s, and ends at Hollywood. The
Green Line/Fitzgerald starts at Fitzgerald’s and then stops at
RiverPark, Sam’s Town, Harrah’s, Hollywood, Grand, Bally’s,
Sheraton, Horseshoe, and ends at Gold Strike.
At our bus stop in front of
each casino is a large sign that includes all the times that
the Blue Line and Green Line stop at that casino. The signs
also have an illustration of the order in which each line
makes its stops relative to that casino. Please look closely
at the schedule as there are two driver breaks each day. Times
in highlighted boxes indicate last pickup before driver takes
a break. If you board the bus at one of these locations, you
will need to exit the bus at the next stop, and the driver
will return to resume the schedule at that stop when the break
is over.
Ask your driver for assistance
in determining the right bus for you. An appropriate question
would be, "Which bus will get me to _______ casino first?"
Thank you for choosing the
Casino Shuttle, the safe, easy and secure way to see all the
distinctive gaming opportunities in Tunica County,
Mississippi.
