I wanted to
share with you some comments about one of your employees. We
have a very important group in house this week and the key
people with the group wanted to get away from everyone else
and experience Memphis on their own. Due to the importance of
the group, I called to arrange transportation to and from the
Rendezvous for these four people.
This morning
they could not stop talking about their Premier Executive
Sedan driver. They were impressed with everything about him.
He took them on a short tour of the city that included the
National Civil Rights Museum, Elvis's High School, The Peabody
Hotel’s lobby, etc.
I wanted you
to know how well your driver represents your company and
Memphis. He is simply unbelievable. He made a difference
with these visitors and in the future I will call Premier
first when I need to roll out the red carpet for customers
here at the Hilton Memphis.
